My Wealth TV grew out of the ministry of the Empowered Kingdom at EmpoweredKingdom.com. The Empowered Kingdom is an unincorporated ministry that rests upon the Holy Scripture and the Sovereign God Almighty as its sole authority. If you wish to participate with My Wealth TV you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Empowered Kingdom in full, and a limited private membership is required. This membership is activated the moment you choose to participate by either registering, submitting your information, participating in an interview for the ministry, or signing up for a ministry program through the Empowered Kingdom or one of its sub-ministries such as this one. When conducting business or relationships with non-members, independent participants or ITPs you will be subject to their terms and conditions as applicable to your engagement with them. My Wealth TV and the Empowered Kingdom shall have no part of, and share no liability, obligation, or risk associated with such relationships and engagements. If you continue to participate in this facility, you will be accepting and agreeing to our ministry's terms and conditions in full. This includes the settlement of disputes by internal means only, subject to the rules of Dispute Resolution of the Empowered Kingdom and not by any other means, legal or otherwise. See the Empowered Kingdom's website for more information. In the event of membership, your membership will be limited to only that which you have signed up for, and nothing more. Your membership will automatically lapse, should you opt out, cancel, or complete the program or service that you have signed up for. You may reestablished your limited private membership by opting in or signing up with other ministries of the Empowered Kingdom. All matters and communications within the context of your membership are a private religious matter. This is a condition of membership. If these terms are not acceptable to you in full, you do not have permission to continue to engage the Empowered Kingdom or any of its ministries in any way. We wish you well and much success. Participation is on a private membership basis only. Membership is automatically granted when making a donation or using an offered service or participating in a sub-ministry. The language of our Terms, Conditions, and Covenants is common English and none other. We reserve and retain the right to define and interpret our own use of words, meaning, and language.
