Many of the videos are sourced from public video publishing sites where videos are made available for all to see and share. These sites invite users to share their videos by including "Share" links. In other words, based on the invitation to "share" videos, as evidenced by the fact that they have share links in the public space, we share videos that we think will benefit our audience for education purposes akin to the premise and theory of "Fair Use." Additionally, we believe that giving content creators additional free exposure is to their benefit, and what most seek, otherwise the would not place their videos and content in the public space on a public sharing platform.
That being said, we do want to respect any owner, content creator, or contributor's preferences. As such, we will remove any videos if requested to do so by the owner, or when there is a copyright claim, or similar. We reserve the right to use our own discretion.
Any dispute with the owners or content creators for any reason should be taken up with them, as our policy is not to act as a dispute middle-man in such cases.
